Your Enchanted Florist Policies and Delivery Information

Delivery Times

• We call the recipient before delivery to schedule a window of time when someone will be at the delivery location to accept the arrangement. This is for homes and workplaces.

• Deliveries to homes/residences are made between 9am-7pm Monday-Friday

10am-6pm Saturday-Sunday, within a window of time scheduled with the recipient.

• Deliveries to workplaces are made before 4pm, unless given alternate instructions.

• Deliveries to funerals are made at least 2 hours before visitation begins.

• While we always strive to accommodate timed delivery requests, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

• There is an extra rush delivery charge for same day deliveries made within 2 hours or less.

• There is an extra delivery charge for early morning or evening deliveries made before 9am or after 7pm. (Note: Deliveries for funeral services are an exception).

Delivery Challenges

• If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful during time scheduled with recipient, there is an extra fee for re-delivery.

• In case of wrong address, there is an extra fee for delivery to the correct address.

Leaving Arrangements

• We highly discourage leaving arrangements on a doorstep or porch. We do not leave deliveries on a doorstep or porch without permission of the recipient. If leaving the arrangement on the doorstep or porch is requested, our drivers are instructed to use best judgement in placement, however, we do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged arrangements.

• We do not leave deliveries outside in inclement weather.

• We will leave arrangements with neighbors, front desk, or concierge if recipient instructs us to do so or has been notified.

Weather/Safety Policies

• Our drivers are instructed not to deliver when there is a safety risk such as icy, unshoveled steps/walkways/driveways or threatening animals. We trust our drivers to use their best judgment if it is safe to proceed.

• In case of severe weather including heavy snow, storms, and rain, delivery may be rescheduled. If so, sender and recipient will be notified.

Care Instructions

• Care tags are included with every arrangement.

• Vase arrangement care- Check water level immediately upon delivery. Keep water level high by adding water daily. Change the water in the vase every 2-3 days and re-cut the stems at an angle with a clean, sharp knife. After cutting, place flowers back in water as soon as possible.

• Foam arrangement Care- Check water level immediately upon delivery. Add water daily to keep foam thoroughly saturated.

• Wrapped Bouquet Care- Fill vase with cool water. Remove any foliage that would be under water. Re-cut stems at an angle with a clean, sharp knife. Keep water level high by adding water daily. Change the water in the vase every 2-3 days and re-cut the stems. After cutting, place flowers back in water as soon as possible.

• Place your arrangement in a location away from direct sunlight, hot and cold drafts.

• Removed faded flowers from the arrangement to prolong life of the remaining flowers.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Please contact us within 24 hours if you find your arrangement unsatisfactory. We will make any necessary adjustments if notified within that time, unless our care instructions have not been followed.

Our Freshness Guarantee

We are passionate about flower quality and hand-select the freshest flowers for our designs. Please note, some flowers have a longer vase lives than others (for example, a chrysanthemum is longer lasting than a tulip). That being said, we guarantee our flowers for four days, provided our care instructions are followed. Please contact us if there are challenges with your arrangement.
