We ordered the Frances for a special event and the arrangement arrived on time and as pictured. It was absolutely stunning. We could not have been more pleased with the purchase.

Enchanted Florist exceeded my expectations! The arrangement was stunning. They went the extra mile with substituting a different color orchid as the one that matched the photo online was not up to their standards. They called to ask me if it would be ok. And they called the recipient to see when they would be home to insure the flowers would get to them. Excellent customer service!
