Beautiful & above average customer service! I really appreciated that this florist informed me, ahead of time, in writing & then verbally, that they didn’t have the color of tulips pictured in the online photo. Then, since they didn’t have white, which I wanted, I was fine with them using any other type to flower. In the end, it was just a gorgeous arrangement! Thank you.

I had a great experience ordering from Your Enchanted Florist - the ordering process was straightforward, the flowers were delivered right when I asked, and they looked exactly as pictured. I was a bit nervous since I chose this florist only based on online reviews because I live elsewhere. The grieving friend I sent them to said they were lovely. The size/style of card included for my message was especially nice - often florist cards are so tiny and illegible.

Excellent service, beautiful flowers and easy order options online. I do wish there was a way to get an estimated time for when the delivery will happen, but I very much appreciate even having the option for next day delivery. I've gone through this shop for every major flower need I've had in the past 5 years and they have been consistently wonderful.

My sister and I were quite surprised at the size of this bouquet. It was half the size we thought it would be. It had been placed on the small sign in table as people walked in. We thought it would be a large vase filled with orchids. The vase was maybe 8 inches high and 4 inches wide. If you want a big bouquet I’d order the largest. The bouquet was beautiful. We will from now on be aware of the dimensions.

High quality + delivered the very next day. I've received and sent from Your Enchanted Florist, and recommend them.
